This page explains what we do with your personal data when you buy from this shop.

What we collect
Only what is needed to send you an order:
- Your name, email address and telephone number.
- Your delivery address, and billing details if you give them.
- What you ordered, and the history of that order.
- Your IP address, briefly, to limit abuse of the checkout.
We do not store card details. Card payments are handled entirely on our payment provider's own page, and we only ever receive a reference and confirmation that payment succeeded.
There are no customer accounts and no passwords to look after.

Who else sees it
Only those who have to:
- The carrier you choose — Packeta, PPL, GLS, DPD, Česká pošta (Balíkovna) or DHL — receives your name, address, email and phone number so the parcel can be delivered.
- Our payment provider processes card payments and receives your email address and the order total.
- Our email provider delivers order emails.
- Our hosting provider operates the servers the shop runs on.
We do not sell your data and do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Invoices are kept for ten years, because Czech accounting law requires it. Other order data is kept for as long as we may need it in connection with your purchase, including any claim period.
Cookies
This shop sets no tracking or advertising cookies, and there is no analytics on it. Your basket is stored in your own browser, and staff signing in to the admin use a session cookie that is strictly necessary for it to work. That is why you are not asked to consent to anything.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. Email goldenafrica5@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.
One limit worth stating plainly: erasure does not override our duty to keep invoices. We can remove other data, but the accounting record of a purchase has to stay for its ten years.
